Solway Spirits is a small batch artisan distillery situated on the Solway Coast in South West Scotland. They pride themselves on the use of British suppliers and only the highest quality ingredients, as well as finding a few local gems which help makes their gins what they are. A true micro distillery only producing 50 bottles per distillation run.
With the classic juniper taste that mellows into a faint cumin and cardamom note with a back tone of lemon.
Garnish with a sliver lemon.
