Solway Spirits is a small batch artisan distillery situated on the Solway Coast in South West Scotland. They pride themselves on the use of British suppliers and only the highest quality ingredients, as well as finding a few local gems which help makes their gins what they are. A true micro distillery only producing 50 bottles per distillation run.
Named after Hernan Cortes who first introduced vanilla to Europe. The initial sweetness develops into juniper and elderflower tones with a warming finish
