Founded by brothers Stuart and Euan McVicar in 2018 it centres around the “Biggar Mentailty”. Being small batch, hand crafted and high quality using a mixture of traditional and innovative modern techniques. Continuously striving to refine their process and adapt new distilling methods to innovate their products. There gin reflects the passion and care that goes into each bottle creating a flavour snap of their plentiful outdoor larder the surrounds the picturesque town.
Made in batches of 200 bottles this is a real small batch gin. Mellow citrus notes on the nose to start which turn aromatic with a gentle spice balance. Creamy juniper and citrus come across the palate initially which then leads to a complex cassia, lavender gentle spice finish.
Garnish with a slice of orange peel
